We asked Net Fusion to design and host an updated website for us. We were delighted with the results. The new site certainly sums up the spirit of our business - training using drama - and everything we need is now on there. I contacted Net-Fusion and asked them to take a look at my website, which I had become unhappy with.
Steven, from the company emailed back within 24 hours and offered different solutions as how to improve my site. I liked what he had to offer so set up a meeting to discuss the options.
At the meeting it was mutually agreed that Steven would build a new site. After a detailed question and answer session he left with the relevant info and set to work. During the next couple of days Steven sent me several different designs for me to comment on, throughout this process I was encouraged to choose what I liked (and what I didn't like) from the different designs. Each of the designs was unique and I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted. A couple of complications cropped up, one being that my hosting company was reluctant to release my domain name. However, somehow Steven managed to transfer it over so the website could go live on the promised date. The result of all this is a website that I am delighted with. Not only am I happy I am getting some fantastic feedback from people who have viewed the site.
Steven has installed a website tracking system so that I can view how many hits the site has received and also a website editor to enable me to make changes to any promotional offers I may be running. Both of the afore mentioned were things I, myself could not do on my previous site.
Net-Fusion were excellent from start to finish and their support has been on-going even after the project completion. They were forthcoming with ideas in the design phase of the project coming up with numerous creative ways to fulfil our objectives as an organisation. They offered some inspired design choices and were patient, supportive and always ready to talk right the way through the project.
We will definitely be using them again and have already referred some of our existing clients to them.
