By browsing and using our website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • Use of our website
    • We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred from browsing or using our website.
  • Information and Content
    • All information displayed on our website is created owned by us, it may not be copied, duplicated or distributed in any way without express written permission from us first. Should you wish to report inaccurate or false data please contact us via our Contact Page.
  • Your personal Information
    • As you browse our website or use any of its forms or systems we reserve the right to collect certain information regarding for security. This information includes but is not limited to: Your I.P Address and operating system.

By paying your deposit and commencing a project with us you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below.

  • Your Information
    • You agree to us contacting you by email, telephone or post regarding our products or services using the contact details held on file for you. If you wish to stop any future contact you can request this by writing, email or telephone using the contact details provided on our Contact Page.
    • We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss incurred from incorrect details being held; if you wish to update your contact details please contact us.
    • Your information will only be used for the purposes of contact by us and for display on your website if requested by you. We will not distribute your contact details to any third parties without explicit permission from you.
  • Payments
    • Work can only commence on your project once the deposit stated in your quotation or invoice has been paid in full.
    • Your website can only be put live once we receive payment for the full outstanding balance on your website cost as well as the hosting cost if quoted.
    • All invoices are on 14 day credit terms
    • If your invoices are not paid within 14 days of issue we reserve the right to add additional charges onto your balance until it is paid in full, if balances remain unpaid and no attempt is made to pay then we reserve the right to forward your details to a debt collection agency.
    • If you are struggling to make a payment or require more time you must let us know within the 14 day credit period to avoid your website or domain name being cancelled and your details be passed to a debt collection agency.
  • Printing
    • All printing work is to be confirmed by the client by email or written confirmation before printing is commenced.
    • Full payment must be paid for all printed materials before printing can commence.
    • Once printed artwork has been confirmed by the client we cannot be held responsible for any errors on the artwork.
  • Hosting
    • We cannot guarantee 100% uptime for your website, although it is rare that our servers go down, on occasion the servers may need to be maintained or updated, and if we are aware of any downtime we will notify you as soon as possible.
    • We cannot be held liable for any loss of sales or business due to any downtime experienced by the server which is out of our control.
    • If hosting invoices are not paid with the 14 day credit period we reserve the right to remove your website. It can take anywhere between 1-24 hours to return your website to a live state once a late payment has been made.
    • Only the services outlined in your hosting package are included in your hosting costs. If you require any services outside of this quotation they will be charged at our standard rates.
  • Domain Names
    • Domain Names must be paid for in full before they can be purchased and used with your website.
    • Domain names purchased on behalf of the client are not owned by us, we only store and manage the domain name.  We reserve the right to charge for services carried out on the domain name which are not in control of the client such as transfers and DNS management.
    • If you require access to these features you must let us know as this will need to be activated on your hosting account.
    • We cannot guarantee purchase of any domain name for your business. We will make efforts to obtain this domain name as soon as requested and full payment is received.
    • Your domain name will have to be renewed either yearly or bi-yearly. We will send out a renewal invoice 30 days before the domain name is due to be renewed.  If you do not pay your domain name renewal invoice within the 14 credit period we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your domain name. This may result in your domain name returning to the registry and you being unable to re-register it.
  • Ownership
    • Once full payment is received from the client for the website it belongs to the client.
    • The client has the right to transfer the website to an alternate host.
    • Partial hosting costs cannot be refunded as they are paid yearly in advance.  Whether or not your website is moved to another host we retain the right to have our website advertised in the footer of your website as the designer.
    • Any coding/scripting carried out by us on your website may not be distributed to ANY third party without explicit permission from us first. If the event this does occur we reserve the right to seek legal action.
  • Updates and Changes
    • We reserve the right to charge for updates and changes
    • Costs for updates and changes will vary depending on the level of work required; small changes however may not incur a charge but are at the discretion of the manager.
  • Errors and Mistakes
    • We cannot be held responsible for errors or mistakes by the client through misuse of our systems, these include but are not limited to; spelling mistakes, design errors, bugs
    • All content on your website must be confirmed by you before going live, we cannot be held responsible for errors noticed after confirmation, however if the mistake or error is down to us we will fix it as soon as possible.
